lessons learned!!!!!
I will be honest with everybody, I have been a little confused and experienced a lot of misunderstandings pertaining to this action research topic. I have went on to get a straight head dealing with the topic and have really experienced and realized the importance of action research topics. After reading about the top 10 actions research passions, it all started to peice together. I realized why we do action researches and who all it pertains to and why it is critical for the well being of you, your staff, the studetns, and your campus as a whole. This has helped me to never overlook an issue, topic, or concern in the educational setting. one of the biggest lesson learned from this weeks experience is the fact that we as professionals must always research new methods to better ourselves and others. It justified the quote or saying "we must be life learners to be successful in our career because things change everyday of our lives." i have also realized that this helps us from becoming stagnant professionals and keeps us connected with reality of the educational setting.

educational leaders should blog because!!!
I took a class prior to this that creating a blog was required and it interested me none at all. Since them, I have realized the importance of blogging amongst colleagues. I feel it helps network you as a professional and it helps you gain insight on stuff going on in our world of education. The big thing that I enjoy is the fact that it keeps you up to date on other administrators practices and if done properly, it could be used as a learning tool. I feel real comfortable saying each of us is a good learning tool if we can accept change. I know you guys that are in this class have loads of more information and knowledge than my two years of teaching, so it really benefits me to listen and steal as much of you guys knowledge as I can.
My thoughts on action research!!!
I am excited about learning more about this action plan aspect of our careers/program. I have just got my feet wet on the topic and it has shown to be interesting and beneficial. I never realized that action plans really existed until this week. I like the reasoning behind the idea's of action plans. I feel they serve great purpose to all stakeholders due to the fact that we are indeed taking action on a topic or weakness in order to better that issue. I related this to principal's placing teacher's on growth plans. I understand it is a little different but it is how I related to the term. I felt that if a principal properly evaluates his/her teachers and places one on a growth plan than he/she is performing an action plan on that teacher. He/she is taking action on his research and findings of that particular teacher and trying to change that person's flaws as a teacher in hopes of saving a career. To me, action research is like when we as teachers develop curriculum or classroom activities that focus on students weaknesses according to their CSR's. We analyze their CSR's and provide instruction for each individual student in correlation to their weaknesses. We research their strengths and weaknesses and plan accordingly. We find our findings, evaluate them, and finally plan accordingly.
